These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at fikek.store and the rules for concluding sales agreements through it.
The Seller is Fikek — Tomasz Zieliński, conducting business activity at ul. Orła Białego 3/53, 61-251 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID: PL7822972081, REGON: 545230034 (hereinafter: the „Seller”).

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by adding Goods to the cart and completing the order form.
The sales agreement is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller, sent to the Customer's e-mail address.
All prices in the Store are given in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
The Customer may choose the following payment methods:
Online card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider. The Customer is obliged to make the payment within 3 days from the conclusion of the agreement. In case of non-payment, the order may be cancelled.
Ordered Goods are delivered internationally via courier services. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country.
The delivery cost is displayed in the cart before placing the order and depends on the selected delivery method and the order value. The final delivery cost is presented to the Customer before order confirmation.
Order processing usually takes 1 to 3 business days, plus the carrier's delivery time.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement (e.g. by e-mail to contact@fikek.store).
The returned Goods should be sent to: Fikek — Tomasz Zieliński, ul. Orła Białego 3/53, 61-251 Poznań, Poland, without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of informing the Seller about the withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the Goods (return shipping) is borne by the Consumer. The Seller shall return all payments received from the Consumer without delay, no later than within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or proof of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the Goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints should be submitted to: contact@fikek.store. The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including the ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
