Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery methods and costs

We ship orders internationally via trusted carriers. The availability of individual shipping methods and their exact cost are displayed in the cart before you place your order. The cost depends on the selected delivery method and the order value.

2. Processing time

Paid orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. The carrier's delivery time should be added to this period.

We will notify you by e-mail once your parcel has been dispatched, together with a tracking number. You can check your order status at any time on the Track order page.

3. Right of withdrawal (returns)

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement — e.g. by e-mail to contact@fikek.store or by using the form provided below.

Return the Goods without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of informing us about the withdrawal, to the following address:

The direct cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer. We do not provide free return labels — you send the return parcel at your own cost, using a method of your choice.

4. Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you without delay, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the Goods back or you have supplied proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Complaints (statutory warranty)

In the event of a defect in the Goods, you are entitled to file a complaint under the statutory warranty. Please send your complaint to contact@fikek.store, describing the defect and your request. We will process it within 14 days.
